Whether you’d like to lose weight, build muscle, improve your athleticism or just get stronger, I will design a carefully structured workout plan that is tailored to your specific goals. Since every person is unique, a one-size-fits-all workout plan isn’t going to give you the specificity you need to meet and exceed your goals. This is why I craft a unique fitness programme for each individual, based on your personal goals. Every plan is grounded in my extensive knowledge of fitness research, and decades of personal training experience. As your fitness levels increase, and your goals change, I’ll update your workout plan, so that it always suits you.

Nutritional Support

Working out is just one part of the puzzle when it comes to health and fitness. My specially developed diet plans can help you get the other important piece, your nutrition, in check, leading to exceptional results. With all the information out there, it can be difficult to know what foods to eat, which diets to follow, and what nutrition facts to pay attention to. That’s why I’ll develop a diet plan for you, with a focus on your specific goals, and dietary needs. I have studied food and nutrition, and have years of experience in guiding clients to healthier, more nutritious eating patterns. I’m always available to answer your nutrition questions and give you the motivation you need to stick to your diet plan.

Skype Sessions

I offer tailored Skype sessions for clients that cannot meet up for face-to-face training. Whether you’re on a business trip and don’t want to miss out on your workouts, or you live out of town but still want access to my expert advice and guidance, a Skype session could be the perfect solution for you. These online sessions allow you to receive my personal training in the comfort of your own home, hotel room or office anywhere in the world. I offer the same motivation, assistance and technique advice as in my in-person sessions, with the flexibility and freedom to have personal training wherever you are.
